Adrienne Elwell is a Certified Christian Conciliator with Conflict to Peace, where she has served mediation and conflict coaching clients since 2010. She also serves as the Case Administrator providing case management support, conducting initial client consultations, and ensuring that conciliation processes run smoothly from start to finish. She is trained in conflict coaching, mediation, and arbitration with an emphasis on reconciling marital conflict and church conflict. She provides training in Biblical peacemaking to church groups and community groups. Prior to joining Conflict to Peace in 2010, she worked as a peacebuilding practitioner for faith based non-governmental organizations in various international contexts from 1998-2008. She has extensive experience working with communities affected by conflict, providing technical expertise in peacebuilding and conflict sensitivity to help address various types of conflict. She is a certified trainer in Do No Harm/Local Capacities for Peace with more than 5 years experience leading workshops for non-profit organizations. Prior to this, she served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Rwanda. She holds an M.S. in Development Management from American University.
